Terms & Conditions

Before submitting a purchase, please ensure you have carefully read the Terms & Conditions for online trading between Madeline Jane Jewellery and the user of this site. By committing to a purchase, you agree to Madeline Jane Jewellery policies and trading. 

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Please choose carefully before purchasing as we do not offer refunds or we will exchange a ring if the sizing is wrong.
Should you have a question about a product, please contact Madzjewellerydesigns@gmail.com before making a purchase. 
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged

  • If a package arrives damaged, please check the contents and notify your Postal Service immediately. 

  • All items are quality controlled and thoroughly checked for any faults prior to item being dispatched to customers.

  • In the unlikely event a product is faulty, Madeline Jane Jewellery will gladly exchange, repair or refund the item in accordance with the following:

  • You must contact Madeline Jane Jewellery as soon as possible on Madzjewellerydesigns@gmail.com notifying us of the fault, along with your invoice number, proof of purchase and photos of the damage. 

  • Fault reports must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in its original packaging provided and secured in a protective shipping box. 

  •  Madeline Jane Jewellery takes no responsibility for lost or damaged returns. To ensure it arrives safely we recommend registering the item and insuring it for the value of the goods you are returning.

  • we will then assess the faulty item. If the item appears to be the fault of craftsmanship, we will gladly refund, exchange or repair the item.

  • If the item is found to be a fault of the customer, all associated costs will be the responsibility of said person. 

  • Refunds are made only to the amount paid on the item (excludes costs of shipping), to the PayPal account to which the original order was made. Please allow up to 14 days of Madeline Jane Jewellery receiving and assessing the item for refunds to be processed.
