DOMESTIC ORDERS

Each product is handmade which could take up to 1-2 weeks.

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of your order. 
All parcels are sent via Canada Post and include their own tracking number, enabling you to track the progress of the delivery.
To insure your item, please choose "Signature on Delivery"  at time of checkout. Additional costs apply. 
For next day delivery please choose "Express Post" at time of checkout. Additional costs apply. 
Express Post orders must be finalised by 3pm to guarantee next day delivery after product has been fulfilled. For delivery times and to confirm your location in the Express Post delivery network, please refer to Australia Post.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery of order once shipped.
International orders are sent via "Canada". 
To track the progress of your item, please upgrade to "Registered Post" at time of checkout. Additional costs apply. 
International orders are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
